Step-by-Step Setup for Booking (Salon Booking)

Step 1: Choose Booking Product Type

  • Go to Product Data section.

  • From the dropdown, select:
    “Bookable Product by ConicPlex”

Step 2: Configure Booking Settings

  • Allow Daily Booking:
    Check this option to allow customers to book any day (no date restrictions).

  • Set Day Off:
    Enter specific holidays or unavailable dates manually (e.g., 2025-05-01 for Labour Day). These dates will be blocked.

  • Set Weekly Off Days:
    Select days that repeat weekly when booking is not allowed (e.g., Sunday).
    Simply type the day name and it will auto-select.

step 3. Time Slot Settings

  • Time Slot Range:
    Define your available booking hours.

  • Allow Multiple Time Slot Selection:
    Leave unchecked if customers should only choose one slot per booking.

  • Buffer Time Between Bookings:
    Adds a break between bookings.

  • Maximum Bookings Per Time Slot:
    Controls how many people can book the same time.

Step 4: Set Price Settings

  • Base Price:
    Enter the basic price for the booking.

  • Additional Fee on Base Price:
    Add any extra charges you want (e.g., material fee, service charge).
